Return Policy

I accept returns within 30 days of your purchase being shipped out to you, of which I will retain tracking information. 
If 30 days have gone by since the ship date, unfortunately your purchase is no longer eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please send notification  of your return to along with proof of purchase.

Once I have received notification of your return, I will provide you with the return address.

When your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that your return package has been received and whether your return has been approved.
If your return is approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
It typically takes 3-5 business days for a refund to process to your credit card and appear on your statement.  If the refund is still not reflected on your statement after this time, first check with your bank and your credit card company.  After speaking with them, if the issue is still not resolved, please contact Katy at

Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for exchange of the same item.  If this is the case, please notify Katy at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the gift giver must handle the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a defective or damaged item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
I encourage using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as I cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
